1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, and use of Efzin (“the App”), developed and operated by Plenum (“Plenum Studio”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, opening, or using Efzin, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2 App Scope & Eligibility

Efzin requires an Apple iOS device running iOS 26 or later. The App provides personal productivity tools including reminder tracking, euro expense logging, receipt scanning, email discovery, and private iCloud data backups. You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.

3 No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Efzin is an informational, personal organizational aid only. It does not constitute financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice:

• You remain solely responsible for ensuring your official taxes, bills, vehicle road taxes, vehicle inspections (MOT/KTEO), insurance policies, and return windows are handled before their legal deadlines.
• Calculated totals, monthly averages, and month-end projections are mathematical estimates and should not be relied upon for official statutory or corporate filings.

4 AI Receipt Extraction & User Verification

Efzin utilizes Google Gemini AI Vision capabilities to parse and extract text, merchant names, amounts, and dates from images and invoices. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Artificial Intelligence models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous readings.

User Verification Requirement: Efzin requires you to review, modify, or approve all extracted transactions before they enter your permanent financial ledger. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of transaction records.

5 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription or digital feature within Efzin through Apple In-App Purchase:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

6 Intellectual Property & User Content

The Efzin software, interface design, animations, Liquid Glass styling, code, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Plenum. You retain all ownership rights and intellectual property over your personal receipts, documents, images, and notes stored in the App.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Plenum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or missed deadlines arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
