1 Overview of App Store Billing
All in-app purchases, subscriptions, and billing transactions for Efzin on iOS are processed directly by Apple Inc. via the Apple App Store. Plenum Studio does not collect, store, or process your credit card numbers or banking payment details directly.
2 How to Cancel an Active Subscription
You may cancel an active subscription at any time without fees or penalties. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period:
Cancellation Steps on iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Tap your Name / Apple ID banner at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find and select Efzin.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.
3 Requesting a Refund
Because your transaction was billed through Apple, refund requests are evaluated and processed directly by Apple Customer Support in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms:
Steps to Request a Refund:
- Go to Apple’s official refund portal: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to download Efzin.
- Select “I’d like to” → “Request a refund”.
- Choose the reason for your refund request and select the Efzin transaction.
- Submit your request. Apple typically reviews requests within 24 to 48 hours.
4 European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you reside within the European Union, you are entitled to statutory consumer protection rights. In accordance with Apple’s EU Consumer policies, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, subject to Apple’s digital content redemption terms.
