Link up to 10 Gmail, Outlook, or TLS IMAP inboxes. A strict 30-day discovery window finds candidate receipts. Full bodies are never saved on servers; you review and approve every extracted expense.
Bank & Statement Import
Parse CSV, TSV, OFX, QFX, QIF and statement PDFs locally. Normalized merchant deduplication prevents double-counting across email and bank files before inserting into your budget.

When you scan a receipt or review an invoice, your device talks directly to Google Gemini (gemini-3.5-flash-lite) using standard encrypted HTTPS. Your Google AI key is stored in the iOS Keychain (kSecAttrAccessibleWhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly).

Efzin can connect to up to 10 inboxes concurrently. It searches only the past 30 days for likely receipt and subscription candidates. Full message bodies are processed transiently and never persisted in any database.
Provider queries are strictly limited to the most recent 30 days of messages. Historical email archives are never queried or ingested.
Only sender, subject, and short preview metadata are stored in D1. Extracted email excerpts are discarded immediately after analysis.
Extracted expenses never slip into your accounts silently. You review merchant, amount, date, and category in a dedicated staging sheet.
Your life data belongs to you. Period.
Efzin has no advertising SDKs, no cross-app trackers, and no third-party data broker analytics. What happens in Efzin stays on your device and inside your private Apple iCloud account.
