1 Acceptance & Scope

These Terms govern your use of CommandCenter (“the app”), an iOS application developed and operated by Plenum (“Plenum”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

CommandCenter requires iOS 27 or later (iOS only) and runs on iPhone and iPad. The app is currently in development and has not been publicly released. Features described may change or be withdrawn.

2 Devices You Own Or Are Authorised To Manage

CommandCenter is for managing devices you own, or devices you are authorised to manage.

3 The Lockdown Feature Is Not A Security Product

The lockdown feature restricts apps on a device using Apple’s Screen Time framework. You should understand its limits before relying on it.

4 No Warranty On Delivery

Orders are delivered over the network using Apple’s push notification service and iOS background execution. Both are outside our control.

We therefore make no warranty that an order will be delivered instantly, or at all. Delivery depends on network availability, the state of the receiving device, and Apple’s push and background execution policies. Queued commands expire after 24 hours and stop being delivered.

Do not use CommandCenter for any purpose where a missed or delayed order would cause harm, loss, or danger.

5 Your Devices And Your Data Are Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own devices, for the passcodes and Keychain that protect them, and for the data you move through the app.

Note in particular that the Push Clipboard and Pull Clipboard commands move clipboard text through our backend, and that pulled clipboard text is stored in the receipt record. Speak and Alert message text is stored as the command payload. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail and decide accordingly what you send.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Enrol or control a device you do not own and are not authorised to manage.
• Use the app to monitor, track or restrict a person without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempt to forge, replay or tamper with signed orders, or to interfere with another fleet.
• Probe, overload or disrupt the backend service.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend access to the backend service for a fleet that is being used in breach of these Terms.

7 Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CommandCenter is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Plenum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app — including any order that was not delivered, was delivered late, or produced an unintended result on a device.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.

8 Changes To These Terms

The app is in active development and these Terms may change as it approaches release. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to CommandCenter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
