Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 20, 2026 • Last Updated: August 20, 2026 • App: CommandCenter (iOS) • Developer: Plenum (gr.plenum.commandcenter)

In short: CommandCenter is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, so there is currently nothing to refund.

1 The App Is Currently Free

CommandCenter is free to use. It has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

We do not charge you anything for the app, and there is therefore no payment that could be refunded. If you have been charged for something claiming to be CommandCenter, it did not come from us — please contact us.

2 We Do Not Process Payments

Plenum does not collect or process payments for CommandCenter. We hold no card details, no billing address, and no payment identity of any kind — the app has no user accounts at all.

3 If Paid Features Are Introduced Later

Should CommandCenter offer paid features in the future, they would be sold through Apple as App Store purchases or subscriptions.

In that case refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy, not by us. You would request a refund directly from Apple:

Apple’s refund request page:

reportaproblem.apple.com →

Apple decides these requests under their own policy and timelines. Plenum cannot issue, approve or expedite an App Store refund on your behalf.

Subscription cancellation, likewise, is done through your Apple ID subscription settings on your device.
