1 Contact Us
CommandCenter is in development and there is no public release yet, so support is handled directly by email. We read everything that comes in.
Support & deletion requests
support@plenum.gr →To help us respond quickly, include your iOS version, device model, and the fleet identifier or device name shown in the app.
2 Data Deletion Requests
You can remove any device from your fleet yourself, from the commander app — this deletes that device’s records. Deleting the app from a device removes all of its local data.
To have records held on our side deleted, email support@plenum.gr with the subject CommandCenter Deletion Request and the fleet identifier or device name so we can identify the right rows.
Note that there is currently no automatic purge of historical command and receipt rows — they persist until the device is removed from the fleet, or until you ask us to delete them.
3 Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account? +
No. CommandCenter has no accounts, no email, no password. Devices identify themselves with a keypair generated on the device, and the private key never leaves the Keychain.
Which devices are supported? +
iPhone and iPad running iOS 27 or later (iOS only). There is no Mac, Android or web version.
Can CommandCenter see my clipboard? +
Only when a clipboard command runs. Pull Clipboard returns a node’s clipboard text to the commander, and that text is stored in the receipt record in our database. Push Clipboard sends text the other way. Speak and Alert message text is also stored as the command payload. If your clipboard may contain something sensitive, do not run a Pull Clipboard order against that device.
Is my location tracked? +
No, not continuously. An approximate location is recorded only when a commander explicitly sends a Locate order, and only if location permission was granted on that device. Only the most recent fix is kept — there is no location history.
Does the app read my Screen Time data? +
No. The app uses Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls framework only to set and clear app restrictions during a lockdown. It does not read usage statistics, app usage data, or browsing history.
Can someone bypass a lockdown? +
Yes. A lockdown restricts apps via Screen Time and can be undone by anyone with access to the device through Settings. It is not tamper-proof and is not a security or anti-theft product.
Why did my order not arrive? +
Delivery depends on network availability and on Apple’s push and background execution policies, which we do not control. Orders that stay queued expire after 24 hours and stop being delivered. If the device is on the same local network, orders travel directly over MultipeerConnectivity instead and never touch our servers.
Can the server forge an order? +
No. Orders are signed on the sending device and verified on the receiving device. The server relays them and never holds a private key, so it cannot forge one.
Can I use this to keep an eye on someone else’s phone? +
No. CommandCenter is for devices you own or are authorised to manage. Using it to monitor or restrict another person’s device without their knowledge and consent is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
What does it cost? +
Nothing. The app is free, with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. See the Refund Policy.
